Lead Stats maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
What we protect
Customer data in the Lead Stats platform (leads, policies, users, operational records) and the systems that store and process it.
How we protect it
These safeguards may include, as appropriate:
- Encryption in transit
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data and credentials
- Access controls based on role and business need
- Authentication controls
- Audit logging
- Network and application security controls
- Vulnerability management
- Security monitoring
- Incident response processes
- Employee confidentiality obligations
- Vendor and subprocessor review
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information using safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the Services.
SOC 2 status
Lead Stats maintains a security program aligned with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. When reports are available, we share them with eligible customers under a non-disclosure agreement.
